New mobile impactor coming from Kleemann

Kleemann plans to introduce a mobile impact crusher to North America in 2024.

According to Kleemann, the Mobirex MR 100(i) NEO is an efficient, powerful and flexible plant that will also be available as an all-electric offering called the Mobirex MR 100(i) NEOe. The models are the first in the company’s new NEO line.

With compact dimensions and a low transport weight, Kleemann says the MR 100(i) NEO can be used in a variety of applications. Operation in tight worksite spaces or in frequently changing workplaces is easily possible, Kleemann says. Processing possibilities include recycling applications such as concrete, rubble and asphalt, as well as soft to medium-hard natural stone.

One plant option is a single-deck secondary screen that makes a classified final grain size possible. The final product quality can be elevated with an optional wind sifter, Kleemann says.

The Mobirex MR 100(i) NEO and the Mobirex MR 100(i) NEOe both include Spective Connect, which provides operators data on speed, consumption values and fill levels – all on their smartphones and tablets. Spective Connect also offers detailed troubleshooting aids to assist with service and maintenance, Kleemann says.

As the company describes, one unique feature of the machine is a fully automatic crusher gap adjustment and zero-point determination. Zero-point determination compensates for wear during crusher start, allowing a homogeneous crushing product to be retained.

Kleemann intends to gradually introduce the MR 100(i) NEO and the MR 100(i) NEOe to North America and Europe in 2024.
