The company has 3 casting production lines that can produce steel castings with a unit weight of 22 tons. The furnace charge adopts an intelligent weighing configuration system to effectively control the chemical composition of the casting. The casting heat treatment adopts 14 van-type and tray-type natural gas heat treatment furnaces with a full computer control system. The castings have a fast quenching cooling speed, uniform internal and external, small deformation, and stable product quality. The company has more than 250 sets of large processing equipment such as gantry machining centers, horizontal machining centers, planers, planer milling machines, vertical lathes, horizontal lathes, floor-standing boring machines, and more than 160 cranes. Equipped with Creaform handheld 3D scanner, direct reading spectrometer, metallographic microscope, universal testing machine, ultrasonic flaw detector, impact testing machine, Bulowie optical hardness tester, sand testing machine, metallographic microscope and other advanced and accurate inspection and measurement equipment, provide a reliable guarantee for product quality inspection and monitoring.

In Feb. 2017, WUJING started to invest US $850,000 to build a 1,000kW solar power project, which was completed in September same year, and started to generate green power for the factory.
With that solar power system, more than 200,000 kWh electricity was provided within the last 3 months of 2017. The same system supported us with a total output about 1,010,000 kWh, for the whole year of 2018. It greatly helps cut our electricity bill.
From Feb. 2017 to Nov. 2018, WUJING invested US$2,200,000 to build a 3,000 kW solar power project, which is likely to save about 3,000,000kg of carbon dioxide every year, and equivalent of planting about 10,000 trees a year.
