1.The sealing device failed
The sealing device of the cone crusher is a key component to prevent lubricating oil leakage. When the sealing device fails, the lubricating oil will leak along the sealing gap, resulting in the occurrence of oil flinging.
2. The lubricating oil pressure is too high
During the operation of the cone crusher, the lubricating oil needs to maintain a certain pressure to ensure the lubrication effect. However, if the lubricating oil pressure is too high, it will increase the risk of lubricating oil leakage. The reasons for excessive pressure may be faults in the lubricating oil pump, failure of the pressure regulating valve or blockage of the oil passage, etc.

2. Adjust the lubricating oil pressure and flow rate
According to the actual operation of the equipment, adjust the working pressure and flow rate of the lubricating oil pump reasonably to ensure that the lubricating oil is evenly distributed in the machine body and avoid the problem of oil flinging caused by excessive pressure.
3. Optimize the design of the lubrication system
To address the issue of unreasonable design of the lubrication system, the performance of the lubrication system can be enhanced and the occurrence of oil splashing can be reduced by improving the oil circuit layout, increasing the capacity of the oil pool or optimizing the return oil system.
